3. Finally... spoke to a human being, and the human being practically jus read through a manual and ask me to do it online
4. argue with said person that the online directions was to do it via phone whereby said person argues this is the policy and to check the website again
5. Go online again and ta~da the website ask to call in
So, conclusion? Damn SS~!
